Overview

Cohew is a SaaS for healthcare staffing agencies. Instead of coordinating shifts over phone calls and spreadsheets, an agency gets its own branded marketplace: coordinators post shifts in a few clicks, and workers see the ones they are qualified for, book themselves on, and submit timesheets from their phone.

For the agency

• A guided flow for posting a shift: client, location, times, then dates, with each ticked day posting its own shift of the same shape.
• A dashboard covering shifts booked, fill rates and week-on-week movement.
• Onboarding and compliance for professionals, so only qualified staff can be booked.

For the worker

• A shift feed filtered to the skills the agency holds for them, with pay, hourly rate, unpaid break and travel distance up front.
• Full shift detail before committing, including exactly which skills a shift requires and whether they hold them.
• The rest of the loop in the same app: book, work, submit a timesheet, get paid.
